Overview
Please refer to the attached job description. The post holder will work with flexible and fixed sessions and may be required to work on a Saturday. The post involves seeing new patients, following up outpatients, and operating on patients from the waiting list. The appointee will have access to secretarial support and office facilities.
Responsibilities
* See new patients and follow up outpatients while maintaining appropriate new-to-follow-up ratios.
* Operate on patients from own and pooled waiting lists.
* Work at any facility that the trust owns, leases or manages as required.
* Attend annual job planning reviews as part of the local Job Planning Document.
* Record and manage activity within the service and collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality care.
