About the Role
We're looking for a Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant who can deliver exceptional service in both German and English across calls, emails, and live chat. You'll be joining a passionate and dynamic customer experience team that supports lottery and gaming customers, helping to create moments that are exciting, engaging, and truly rewarding.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering high-quality support to German and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Managing customer enquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.
* Achieving individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction and response time targets.
* Working collaboratively within a motivated and fun team environment.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and share ideas for a better customer experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You'll Need
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
* Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
* Good numeracy and literacy.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
* Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment (desirable but not essential).
