We're working on behalf of a business in Billingshurst that's looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who's eager to learn and develop within a growing company. You don't need to have a background in sales - just the right attitude, confidence, and willingness to get stuck in.
What You'll Be Doing:
Point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, updates, and pricing information
Preparing quotes based on customer specifications & following up to convert into sales order
Managing the order process from enquiry to delivery, processing onto inhouse CRM
Liaising with internal teams to get updates on order progress & inform customers
Providing aftercare support, ensuring customers are satisfied with order & handling any issues
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
About You:
A confident communicator with great customer service skills
Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn
Previous sales experience is ideal, but not essential
Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems
Full UK driving licence required
What's On Offer:
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours
21 days holiday + bank holidays
