Kenny Recruit are partnering with one of our favourite clients in their search for a Key Account Manager. This is a permanent vacancy and our client is a growing marketing communications company. You will be part of a team of 4 and report directly into the Client Services Manager, with the opportunity to progress within the company.
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to service existing clients, you must have excellent customer care skills, enjoy problem solving and be motivated in seeing repeat business. Although this is not a direct sales role, we are looking for someone who will enjoy up-selling to current customers and is motivated by winning more business.
Our client are at the start of implementing their 3-year strategy plan so there is no better time to join!
Pay: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + 30% bonus + commission for revenue targets hit
Location: Richmond/Twickenham (hybrid working model after probation completed)
Working hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver agreed annual revenue target from set client list
2. Manage a varied portfolio of existing customers to ensure they keep coming back for repeat business and are aware of all products and services
3. Book and manage jobs to the highest standard
4. Implement the 9 C’s model of customer service across the client base
