During this 12-month fixed-term contract, you will lead the digital and campaign strategy for our leading brands, including Premium Country Pubs, Vintage Inns, and Miller & Carter, focusing on relevance and guest engagement.
This Marketing Manager role involves managing 3 direct reports, collaborating with creative agencies, and playing a key role in the Premium Division team.

What will I be doing?
* Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, responsible for:
* Driving sales, profit, and market share.
* Managing digital strategies across web, app, email, and social media.
* Owning social media and CRM strategies to boost engagement, loyalty, and sales.
* Executing seasonal and key date digital campaigns.
* Collaborating with brand managers to reflect each brand’s personality online.
* Leading and developing three direct reports.
* Managing digital marketing budgets.
