Care Assistant (Nights)
* A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
* Full time contract – 42 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Companionship – providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
* Personal care – supporting with wash, bath or shower and assisting with dressing and oral care
* Medication – prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
* Meals – supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
* Domestic tasks – light cleaning tasks
* Mobility – supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility aids
* Social activities – trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
