Job Title: Receptionist and Marketing Administrator
Location: Office based in Appleton, Warrington
Hours:08.30 - 17.00 Monday - Friday
We are looking for a Receptionist and Marketing Administrator to join our team at our prestigious commercial showroom. As our Receptionist and Marketing Administrator the role will involve a range of essential responsibilities, including:
Reception: Being the first point of contact for customers and visitors, creating a positive first impression of our company, hosting customers and providing refreshments when applicable. Managing incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate team or providing general information if required.
Administration: Assisting other departments with various administrative tasks as needed. Including data entry, logging paperwork and creating handover document packs. Order stationary, refreshments and other essentials for the office as required.
Marketing: Creating content, to advertise vehicles across all our social media platforms, and to keep the company website up to date with accurate stock. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, SEO and engagement. Design marketing materials, including graphics, posts and email campaigns.
Previous experience in a marketing role
Previous experience in Microsoft Office, social media scheduling tools and design platforms such as Canva
High level of attention to detail
Strong organisational andmultitasking abilities
Full driving licence and own transport is essential due to the location
