O'Neill & Brennan are currently supporting a Top Tier Main Contractor / Developer in their search for a Senior Project Manager to lead a major scheme in Kent.
They are looking to employ someone with extensive experience running schemes of over 150 units. Someone with previous RC Frame experience would be a bonus.
The scheme will be a mix of low rise RC Frame apartments, traditional build houses and some retail units.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience operating as a Senior Project Manager (minimum 5 years) or Project Director
* A strong track record of delivering major projects from 150 residential units upwards
* Experience managing large teams of Site Manager
* Programming works, working alongside architects, sub‑contractors and the client
