As our Office Experience and Facilities Manager, you will shape a warm, organised and spiritually aligned space where staff, volunteers and visitors can thrive. How youll make a difference
Set a warm, professional and hospitable tone for everyone who walks through the door, with clear information, helpful signage and simple processes.
Lead the day-to-day running of Compassion House. Coordinate building services and supplier partnerships, and plan preventative maintenance.
Champion health, safety and security. Work closely with our Health and Safety Officer, lead audits and training, and respond calmly and decisively to incidents.
Lead and develop the Office Experience team and volunteers through clear communication, coaching and supportive direction.
Oversee the post room so sponsorship correspondence and profiles are processed and redistributed on time.
Steward budgets wisely. Review supplier value and quality, and document decisions transparently.

Skills and experience
You may not have them all on day one. Training is provided where needed.
Operations coordination: keeping many moving parts on track in office or facilities settings.
Health and safety: confidence in H&S responsibilities.
Supplier and contract management: including practical budgeting and stewardship.
People leadership: recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and supporting staff and volunteers.
Organisation and project delivery: planning, prioritising, communicating, and following through.

?? Location: Office-based contract, working from Compassion House, Barley Way, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 2UT
?? Hours: 35 hours per week across four days (Monday to Thursday), with a daily start time of 07:30 am
