Administrator/Receptionist needed in Bolton
The rate is £13.05ph PAYE.
This is a temporary role, initially for a minimum of 12 weeks, supporting temporary resourcing matters.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for three enthusiastic and committed Information and Administration Assistants within the Start Well Service, based in our Family Hubs.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing a friendly ‘meet and greet’ service, managing reception effectively for local families and partner agencies.
2. Developing knowledge to provide information and signposting to families about the support offered through the Hub and wider network.
3. Utilising customer service and administrative skills for tasks such as data collation and input, updating digital channels, and providing administrative support across the Start Well Service.
4. Supporting the safe running of the centre alongside our team of Centre Assistants.
