An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative, enthusiastic and highly motivated qualified Social Worker to join the Specialist Mental Health Team.
Responsibilities
* Carry out assessments under The Care Act 2014 and Safeguarding Section 42 Enquiries
* Work closely in partnership with the NHS to consider citizen's Section 117 aftercare needs under The Mental Health Act 1983
* Complete support plans and present funding applications to budget holders
* Complete social circumstances reports for the Mental Health Review Tribunal in the case of psychiatric inpatients
Qualifications
Hold a Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
