Role Overview
At Hyper Recruitment Solutions, we're embarking on an ambitious growth plan that will carry us through to the summer of 2027, with a trip of a lifetime as our ultimate goal. As part of this exciting journey, were looking to bring on board several experienced recruiters who are passionate about excellence, success, and ongoing development. Were expanding our operations to support the UK, EU, and US life science markets, offering exciting opportunities to work in both permanent and contract talent services.
These roles will be based at our state-of-the-art HQ on the Central Line in East London, which opened in 2020 following a £1M investment from Ricky Martin and Lord Sugar—an office designed for the future.

Role Requirements
1. Experience from an agency / 360 environment where both business development, and high performance have been a continued thread in your career.
2. Experience in either supporting professional contractors or hard to find highly qualified talent in a non-public sector nor framework environment. We can offer a role in both our permanent and contract side of the business, as well as opportunities focused on the UK, EU or US based on prior experience.
3. The willingness to continually develop, immerse yourself in a positive can-do company culture, and support us to continually aim to be one of the best workforces to be part of.
