Job Description: Dual Registered Children's Home Manager
Location: Batley Green and Wolverhampton
Homes:
- Batley Green: Solo placement
- Wolverhampton: 2-bed EBD home
Salary: £45,000, increasing upon successful registration
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and management of both children's homes.
- Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support staff, fostering a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Manage budgets, resources, and liaise with external agencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- Relevant qualifications: Level 3 in Children's Residential.
- Working towards or holding Level 5 in Residential Children's Services.
- Strong leadership skills and commitment to child-centered care.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in children's residential care.
- Understanding of EBD and solo placement dynamics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
