Supply Teaching Assistant
About the role

Key responsibilities
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Provide tailored assistance to pupils, including those with SEN

• Assist with classroom management and preparation of learning materials
• Encourage pupil participation and celebrate achievements
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and build strong relationships

About you
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar school-based support role (desirable)
• Passion for education and supporting children’s learning
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
