POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Luxury Brands, Europe supports the pull-through of Luxury Brand initiatives and brand marketing campaigns for Luxury Brands Europe.
The position will have primary focus in four key areas:
1. Culturally Relevant Brand Marketing – Support the execution of 360-degree brand marketing campaigns and activations in key source markets for Luxury Brands Europe.
2. Localized Brand Management – Partner with Brand Directors and HQ on brand strategy roll-out and ensure pull through and localization of brand initiatives across the continent. Work with L&D and Brand Directors to drive brand culture in the hotels across Europe and collaborate cross-functionally to drive on-brand hotel openings and hotel relaunches (. countdowns / pre-opening marketing planning and on-brand operations.
3. Luxury Group Alignment – Drive organizational alignment by providing brand toolkits and guidelines to other disciplines and hotel teams to ensure on-brand operation.
4. On-Strategy Portfolio Growth – Provide support for Senior Director, Portfolio Growth, Europe as required.
This role collaborates closely with Brand Directors in Europe and with the Senior Director, Portfolio Growth, Europe. The position requires excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills and works cross-functionally with leaders across both EMEA and HQ in Marketing, Brand, Loyalty, Partnerships, Digital and PR + Communications. The role also partners closely with the Regional Commercial & LPO teams, and agency partners including Creative and Paid Media.
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
Brand Marketing
5. Support the execution of integrated, targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness and affinity of the Luxury Brands in Europe
6. Support brand activations in key source markets across the continent
7. Communicate campaign achievements and reporting to key stakeholders
8. Partner with the photography team to develop on-brand content
9. Partner with the Continent Luxury Communications team on PR-driven brand events
10. Provide brand support for new hotels joining the Luxury Brands within Europe
On-Strategy Portfolio Growth
11. Support Senior Director, Portfolio Growth, Europe as required, including the creation of owner presentations, collation of branded materials, and providing hotel case studies
Brand Management
12. Support properties and Continent LPO to ensure on-brand implementation of brand operating standards, procedures, and brand operations-driven programs
13. Support the effective pull-through and localization of new brand initiatives in Europe
14. Provide support on hotel openings and conversions, including Countdowns to ensure implementation of branded elements
15. Collaborate with Global Brand and Continent Operations on culture work, service standards and brand pilots (proof of concepts) in Europe; provide brand feedback and support
Luxury Group Alignment
16. Act as a trusted advisor and engage in broad-based branding discussions and initiatives across Europe
17. Drive organizational alignment by providing regular brand communication and sharing toolkits and guidelines with disciplines and hotel teams to ensure on-brand operations

CANDIDATE PROFILE
31. 5–7 years of work experience, to include hotel operations, brand marketing and/or luxury brand experience
32. University degree preferred
33. Proven track record working with senior executives in a consultative manner
34. Consistent track record of advancing business direction and strategies
35. Experience in European markets preferred
36. High proficiency in English required; additional language knowledge or proficiency desirable
