Job summary
Provide line management for staff, support a comprehensive administration service to Integrated Sexual Health.
Liaising with nursing and medical staff on a daily basis.
Ensuring management of clinics is covered with clerical staff.
Coordination of documentation and information for service provision, responsible for coordinating specialised service clinics.
Management of producing reports for medical staff, audits, and facilitation of meetings.
Main duties of the job
To manage and coordinate a highly efficient and comprehensive administrative and clerical support network for the Integrated Sexual & Reproductive Health Service.
Assist the Administrative/Services Manager in ensuring all aspects of the service are managed to a very high standard.
Manage the purchasing of equipment/supplies required for services and coordinate specialised clinics.
