Technical Services Manager - Central London Are you an Intermediate Technical Services Manager looking to make an impact on high-profile projects in the heart of London? My client, with over 30 years in the D&B sector, is looking for someone to join their growing team and deliver exciting projects ranging from £200k to £30M. About the Role: As the Technical Services Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering Commercial Cat A, Cat A, Cat B, Cut & Carve, and heavy refurbishments from Stage 3 Design to Project Completion. Your leadership will guide a variety of schemes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. What We’re Looking For: - 5 years of management experience in a similar role - HNC qualification or a strong background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) - Proven expertise in D&B fit-out or traditional fit-out works - Ability to manage fast-paced, quick-turnaround projects with tight deadlines This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and work on some of the most exciting projects in the industry
