Group Finance Manager (6 Month FTC) – International Consumer Products

We are supporting a fast-growing, international business in the appointment of a Group Financial Accounting Manager. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take a leading role across group consolidation, statutory reporting, treasury and key finance transformation projects. This is a high-exposure role with regular interaction with senior leadership, lending banks and external advisers, offering significant scope to influence the direction of group finance. Operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, this role plays a pivotal part in strengthening group reporting, governance and financial control as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Support the Group FC with production of the Group’s financials, providing information for both internal and external purposes and developing best in class processes whist working closely with operating entities.
* Provide analysis of results and prepare reports and commentary for senior management, helping to influence decision making and drive performance.
* Support the company’s ambitious M&A strategy, working on technical accounting issues, due diligence and supporting post-deal integration.
* Liaise with external auditors, resolving audit requests and queries from external tax advisors.
* Provide support for a wide range of new and ongoing strategic projects driven by the growth of the company.
The Individual
