You will work closely with our full-time Chef to deliver exceptional food and a smooth kitchen operation. The role requires confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Job Role:
Seasonal menu development Contribute to designing creative, flavour-driven menus that remain cost-effective.
Daily kitchen operations Support smooth service by maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Inventory & cost control Contribute in managing stock levels, place orders, and help maintain budgets without compromising standards.
Front-of-house collaboration Work with colleagues to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Food safety & allergen compliance Implement and uphold all relevant safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
What you will bring:
Chef experience Demonstrable background working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
Culinary expertise Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavour pairing, and plating aesthetics.
Leadership ability Confidence motivating and guiding colleagues during service.
Creativity A passion for experimenting with ingredients, textures, and presentation.
Organisation & resilience Ability to stay calm, structured, and efficient during busy periods.
