You will be working with vulnerable individuals who may require different levels of support, including prompting medication, check-ins, carrying out domestic tasks and lone working. It will be your responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the tenants while ensuring that they are able to maintain their independence and make their own choices.
Responsibilities
* Support adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments.
* Carry out domestic tasks, prompt medication, and conduct regular check-ins to ensure tenants’ safety and well-being.
* Build strong relationships with tenants and their families, working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals.
* Provide ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role.
Qualifications
* No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required.
* On-the-job training will be provided, with the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
