Location Warrington Central Position EYFS Teaching Assistant About the Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children during their early years of education. Working closely with the class teacher, you will help create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment where every child can flourish. Responsibilities Support children's learning and development within the EYFS framework. Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities. Encourage positive behaviour and social development. Provide one-to-one and small-group support where needed. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff. Requirements Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. A positive, patient, and caring approach.
