We are looking for a professional and motivated AutoCAD Technician with experience in Architectural Building practices.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Production of 2D AutoCAD drawings.
* Preparation of planning and listed building applications and submission via the Planning Portal.
* Preparation of Building Regulation applications.
* Developing detailed proposals for kitchen and bathroom layouts, sectional drawings, roof and masonry repair details etc.
* Occasional measured Survey work.
* Preparation of door, window, and ironmongery schedules on Excel spreadsheets.
