Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00 on a 4-week rotation for work-life balance (no late evenings). Saturday working 8:00 - 12:00 (Work from Home)

Responsibilities
Join Northgate Vehicle Hire as a Customer Service Representative. You will be a motivated individual with a keen eye for customer service and a passion for continuous improvement. You will contribute to maintaining high standards for our customers, gaining valuable experience and helping shape how we achieve our goals. The role includes customer support administration within back-office functions, handling activities such as fines logging, payments, administration, resolving complaints, and answering queries. Interactions are mainly via email or chat with limited telephony enquiries, with opportunities to use strong written communication.
Roles are designed to keep customers moving smarter and to deliver a world-class level of customer service. You will work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a customer-first ethos across internal and external stakeholders.
