Civil Litigation Solicitor – Chester
A growing legal services group is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join its new Civil Litigation team in Chester. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, shape a brand‑new workstream and mentor junior paralegals.
What You'll Do
* Run your own caseload of car finance (PCP) mis‑selling claims
* Supervise and develop two junior paralegals
* Help build and refine processes for a brand-new department
* Improve client service across the workflow
* Work closely with an onsite Ops Manager and a remote legal manager
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor
* Confident supervising junior staff
* Experience in financial mis‑selling/debt recovery – or keen to learn
* Strong organisation and a proactive mindset
* Supportive, approachable leadership style
