What We Looking For: An exciting opportunity to join the business and have overall responsibility for the direction of sales for our Statement of Work (SOW) services across the three Impellam STEM brands, Lorien, C60 and SRG. The successful applicant will sit on the STEM Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and work across all three brands and be responsible for building out and expanding services for new and existing customers in the SOW arena. Someone with technical in depth understanding of selling complex SoW solutions and services within either Pharma, Tech or Engineering sectors is required. Someone who can develop strategies with clients while being able to negotiate the complexities of these strategic solutions at a senior stakeholder level. Statement of Work (SoW) is an extraordinarily complex solution – having experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Client Partner while having a technical understanding of delivering projects and programs will be essential to this opportunity. A few of the day-to-day responsibilities will include: Developing Strategy: • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients. • Track sales team metrics and share them with company leadership. • Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps. • Prepare budgets and approve expenditures. • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends. Sales Pipeline: • Developing long-term customer networks within relevant sectors • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel • Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics Managing Customer Needs: • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences. • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service. • Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates. • Provide advanced negotiation expertise • Developing solutions and products to sell to a wide range of global clients What Experience Is Required For This Opportunity: This is an integral role where you will be responsible for the growth and development of the Statement of Work (SOW) offerings within the STEM brands at Impellam and the salary and package will reflect our desire to appoint the right person for the opportunity. • Strong experience of selling services under SOW within the Pharma, Tech or Engineering sectors • Management information reporting and analysis skills • Pipeline management • Ability to train and develop sales representatives • Ability to negotiate at a high level • Strategic approach to business management • Value based selling • Familiar with the STEM sector • Experience in developing solutions within a workforce solutions environment All applications are strictly confidential.
