Overview
As a College Services Advisor, you'll play a vital role covering all aspects of student support and success from welcoming to the College to registering at their chosen university. The team provides support across a range of areas, including student wellbeing and support, academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance and administration.

Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service skills.
* Provide verbal and written communication support to students.
* Support international students and contribute to student progression initiatives.
* Utilise IT tools, including Microsoft Excel, to support processes.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and effective time management.
* Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and workload.
* Collaborate as part of a team to achieve goals.
* Maintain attention to detail and take initiative as needed.

Qualifications
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interest in working in education, particularly with international students.
* Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* Willingness to work flexibly.
* Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals.
