What we are looking for: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team from 1 st September 2025. The successful candidate will: Be committed to safeguarding children and families. Support teaching and learning in the classroom, working under the guidance of the class teacher. Cover PPA and cover whole class for teacher absence. Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups to help them achieve their full potential. Lead lunchtime and outdoor play. Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources. Promote the school s ethos and values, acting as a role model for pupils. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
