Job Title: Solicitor (All Practice Areas)
Location: Kendal (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £40,000 – £80,000 per annum (DOE & Interview Performance)
Key Responsibilities as a Solicitor
* Manage a varied caseload within your chosen practice area (including but not limited to commercial, corporate, property, litigation, employment, family, and private client).
* Deliver high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client care standards.
* Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Kendal office.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
* Play an active role in shaping the culture and success of the office.
About You as a Solicitor
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (open to all PQE levels).
* Experience in one or more relevant practice areas.
* Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to be part of a growing office.
* Strong communication and client management skills.
* A collaborative approach with a desire to contribute to a positive team environment.
