What will you be doing?
Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
What will you bring to the role?
1. NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
2. Extensive, relevant vocational experience within a high-end establishment (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie)
3. Experience of preparing, cooking and finishing a substantial range of fresh and seasonal dishes
4. Experience in front of house and back of house roles
5. Experience preparing freshly cooked foods such as doughs, pasta, stocks, or sauces using a range of techniques, such as boning and filleting,
6. Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
7. Strong communication and self-motivation skills
8. Ability to working autonomously
It would be great if you had:
9. Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
10. NVQ level 2 or 3 in professional cookery
11. BTEC level 3 hospitality management
12. Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
