We are recruiting a motivated Sales Manager, with a passion for fitness and wellbeing to join the team at a leading provider in Central London, who have 3 sites and are looking to expand in London and Internationally in 2024. ● Salary: £35,000 £60,000 OTE ● Incentive/Commission: Yes - great commission opportunity. ● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum) ● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays). Their clubs are used by 40 different disciplines including personal trainers, physios, therapists, life coaches, nutritionists, dentists and doctors. They have plans to rapidly expand locations in 2024. They are currently going through Series A funding and so if you want to join and exciting and dynamic team, this is the place for you Reporting to: • Managing Director The Role We are looking for a Member Sales Manager to join the Company's growing UK team. You’ll be front and centre to their sales experience for prospective Members, bridging marketing and them joining the Company's community. You’ll be a highly visible brand ambassador for the brand, delivering an outstanding experience for their varied mix of wellness disciplines. Reporting into the UK MD and working alongside the existing Head of Memberships you will have responsibility for: 1). Pipeline Management - collaborate with their Marketing and Memberships Team to review, assess and categorise potential new Member leads and nurture existing leads using their CRM platform (HubSpot). 2). Leads Management - organise and manage first contact with leads to assess their suitability for joining the community. Apply rigour and pace to selecting and booking in tours for prospects. 3). Conduct Club Tours - c.20 tours per week of prospective Members across their 3 Central London Clubs and assess their suitability for joining the community. Training and coaching will be provided to help develop a clear POV of the Company's value proposition. 4). Post Tour Follow-Ups - ensure completion of all relevant admin and information including accurate capture of start dates, estimated sessions, payment of deposits. 5). Process Optimisation - identify and implement ways to improve the leads process (e.g.volume of leads, conversion %). The Person Proven Sales Experience - a track record of delivering and over-achieving against targets. You’ll be used to nurturing, negotiating and closing deals. This could include B2B or B2C. Commercial Acumen - ability to understand potential Member goals and motivations for joining the company and adapt your sales style to close them. Staying on top of the pipeline to ensure they maximise conversion opportunities. Self Motivated & Resilient - comfortable with being flexible and adapting when things change. A natural problem solver and doer. Organised and proactive, everyone knows that you have a handle on everything. Not fazed by rejection, you see it as a learning opportunity. Great Communication Skills - able to rapidly build a rapport with members and explain our value proposition. Strong verbal and written skills, preferably in a professional environment. A Dependable Team Player - collaborative and able to contribute to the overall success of the Member sales team whilst operating with integrity, clarity and passion. Process Excellence - you’ll have a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to optimise their approach to Member sales and pipeline management. You’ll look at sales insights (e.g conversion %’s) and troubleshoot problems to identify areas where we can get better. You’ll support the development of their Sales Operations roadmap (e.g. system and process enhancements or features). Ability to Multitask - excellent time management skills, super organised and able to juggle multiple contacts and negotiations at the same time.
