About The Role
Working under the guidance of a registered nurse, you’ll support residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and help them with daily activities. Your role includes:
* Providing person‑centred care that respects every resident's individuality.
* Supporting residents with limited mobility and offering comfort to those distressed.
* Delivering compassionate end‑of‑life care when needed.
* Recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect and reporting concerns as required by safeguarding training.
