About the Role
As a CRO, you’ll be the first point of contact for emergencies, working 24/7 in our GOCC. Your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring global operations, tracking personnel, and maintaining critical IT systems.
* Answering emergency calls, extracting key information, and initiating response procedures.
* Managing client support tickets, troubleshooting IT issues, and compiling daily reports.
* Providing first-line support for SOS alerts and working with international teams to resolve incidents.
