Duties include:
4. Respond effectively to customer needs and requirements in a timely and professional manner
5. Work towards agreed targets to support overall business growth
6. Ensure all business activity aligns with company standards, providing managers and clients with confidence in the service delivered
7. Uphold the highest standards of legal and ethical integrity by adhering to compliance requirements, rules, and regulations
8. Proactively source new business opportunities and schedule appointments for face-to-face client meetings
9. Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in line with individual account targets
10. Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients’ insurance needs for both new business and renewals
11. Market new and renewal risks appropriately to ensure competitive and suitable coverage
12. Issue renewal terms within required timeframes and through the appropriate channels, in accordance with FCA guidelines
13. Identify and recommend risk management strategies to help clients mitigate exposure
14. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals relevant to clients’ sectors
