What you’ll do on a typical day:
Operational leadership, leading daily team operations and supervising your team
* Operational efficency and meeting KPI and performance targets, with a high focus on health and safety
* Multi focused across the operation including; goods in, picking/loading, dispatch and returns
* Planning and focusing on continuous improvement
What you need to succeed at GXO:
First class communication skills and keenness to utilise leadership potential (previous supervisory experience)
* In-depth warehouse planning and hands on operational experience
* Confident in IT skills including Microsoft and Google packages
* Role model in health and safety and warehouse operations experience
