We're looking for an experienced, passionate Commis Chef to join our team at AC Marriott, Belfast

A Day in the Life
As a Commis Chef, you’ll be an important part of a busy hotel kitchen, working alongside experienced chefs to prepare and cook dishes to menu specifications. You’ll support the wider brigade with food preparation, service and presentation, ensuring every plate meets our standards before it reaches the guest.
You’ll also play a key role in keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe, following food hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable experience, develop your technical skills and learn what it takes to deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced hotel environment. Flexibility is key, as the role includes evening and weekend shifts.

What We’re Looking For
You may already have experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen role, but just as important is your enthusiasm to learn and develop your culinary skills. You’ll be comfortable working at pace, following direction from senior chefs, and taking pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
You’ll be a team player with good communication skills, a positive attitude and the flexibility to support a busy kitchen operation. Above all, you’ll be passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering an excellent guest experience while living our brand standards every day.
