Overview

Responsibilities
* Assist between 7am and 8am with getting up, personal care and getting dressed for the client.
* Assist the client to the school bus which stops outside the house.
* Support with mobility requirements; experience with hoists and wheelchairs is preferred, but training can be provided.
* Engage with the client in a positive, bubbly and humorous manner; provide up-close attention due to hearing and sight conditions.
* Be comfortable with the family dog, which enjoys attention.
* Hours during school holidays may be later and can be discussed; there may be opportunities for days out during the holidays.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Caring attitude with a good sense of humour; reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work.
* Enhanced PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) check is required.
