What are we looking for in this position?
* Support the Head of Sales with diary and calendar management, ensuring meetings and priorities are well coordinated
* Maintain and manage the CRM system (HubSpot)
* Hold the sales team accountable for completing daily reports, hitting KPI’s and completing actions
* Organise induction plans and relevant training for new starters within the sales team
* Provide regular performance updates and assist in tracking team KPIs
* Cleanse and maintain the customer database to ensure data integrity
* Manage sales team actions and follow up on outstanding tasks
* Produce internal and external reports.
* Deliver high-quality sales support and administrative assistance, acting as an executive assistant to the Head of Sales
What will we need you to have?

* Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience desirable)

What will you get?
* Salary of between £32,000 and £42,000 per annum
