We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join us here at Octavius. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK. In this role, you will oversee a number of schemes across the South West, which are awarded to us via a variety of frameworks. Candidates must be willing to attend sites and offices across the South West of England. We are open to candidates from both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor background, who have experience working within highways, drainage, S278, and Civils infrastructure.

You'll Bring
* Commercial awareness, and good level of programming and contract knowledge. Familiarity with NEC 4 contracts, and an understanding of how project and package P&L impacts on corporate finances.
* Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor and managing a project portfolio up to £15 million.
* Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, professional certification in project management, or relevant experience.
* Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma Methodologies is an advantage.
* Significant experience in highways construction, specifically road building and drainage systems.
* Strong knowledge of NEC or ICE contract conditions and programme management.
* SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card.
