Key Responsibilities – KS2 Teaching Assistant
1. Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 2 (Year 3 – Year 6)
2. Delivering small group interventions in English and Maths
3. Providing 1:1 support where required
4. Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management
5. Supporting pupils with varying learning needs
6. Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
Essential Requirements
7. Proven UK-based experience working in a primary school (ESSENTIAL)
8. Recent experience supporting pupils in KS2
9. Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
10. Excellent behaviour management skills
11. Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
12. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
13. Right to work in the UK
