We are seeking a Regional Operations Supervisor to lead the Technical Services operations and maintenance team, ensuring the effective implementation of site maintenance activities across assigned facilities. The role will involve supervising staff in line with organisational policies and procedures, including hiring, training and delivering performance appraisals. We are looking for a hands‑on technical leader who will plan, assign and direct work activities while maintaining high quality and safety standards. The role will also involve resolving operational issues, managing work priorities and supporting the Facility Manager to ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
Responsibilities
* Perform supervisory functions within a facilities maintenance and utility plant operations environment.
* Review and evaluate team performance, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
* Take corrective action to resolve operational or performance issues.
* Plan, assign and manage work tickets and preventative maintenance work orders.
* Ensure preventative maintenance and work orders are completed to schedule each month.
* Maintain and manage Operations & Maintenance documentation, ensuring it is accurate and readily accessible.
* Review, edit and maintain SOPS, MOPS and EOPS relevant to site operations.
* Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure maintenance and project work is completed safely and effectively.
Qualifications
* Practitioner-level experience within Technical Services in a building services environment.
* Experience within integrated facilities management, preferably in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Industry or Healthcare.
* Vocational education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (country-specific qualifications to be included).
* In‑country Chartered, Registered or Licensed Engineer status (country-specific licences to be included).
* Strong knowledge of work order control procedures and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
* Experience managing subcontractors and vendor contracts.
* Experience managing key performance indicators and supporting capacity planning and reporting.
* Ability to use hand tools, test equipment and apply maintenance shop best practices.
