The Role
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team as Receptionists. In this role, you will maximize room revenues, provide efficient and courteous service, and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and organizational skills, with at least one year of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily business operations, including arrivals, departures, and special requests.
2. Handle guest check-in and check-out promptly and according to company standards.
3. Understand and cater to guest requirements during check-in and check-out.
4. Follow cash, charge, float, and till procedures as per company policy.
5. Be knowledgeable about hotel services and local area to assist guests effectively.
6. Participate in daily team meetings to stay updated.
7. Increase sales through up-selling, incentives, and promotions.
8. Handle customer inquiries and booking requests promptly and courteously.
9. Resolve customer complaints professionally.
10. Operate the telephone system efficiently, adhering to standards.
Requirements
1. Experience in a hotel or customer service role.
2. Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
3. Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
4. Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
5. Proficiency in using phones and computer systems.
