First Aid and Emergency Technician

Provide calm care in the forest
We're looking for a qualified First Aider with a passion for helping others and making a real difference. In this role, you'll provide immediate care and support to guests and colleagues, ensuring safe and effective triage, treatment and referral when needed.
What you'll be doing
* Respond to first aid and emergency call outs, providing assessment and treatment
* Triage and treat at the First Aid Centre, referring to healthcare service providers when needed
* Record incidents accurately, ensuring compliance with company and GDPR standards
* Conduct vulnerability assessments and provide welfare follow-ups, documenting onward treatment needs

Your working hours
* Part-time contract, shifts fall between 8:30am and 9:00pm, varying in 8 to 11.5 hours in length
* You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 112 hours over a 4‐week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
* This role includes evenings
About you
* First Aid certification, with AED or extensive experience in providing First Aid
* BLS Adult and Paediatrics or prepared to undertake training
* Qualification in Oxygen administration or prepared to undertake training
* Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
* Able to work under pressure, prioritise and make calm decisions
* Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft and other systems
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
