Housing Caretaker needed in Ilford, £14.40 ph PAYE – Reference: OR5829
You will be working with a small team of colleagues, cleaning internal and external communal areas of the council’s housing stock. Responsibilities include:
1. Sweeping
2. Mopping
3. Litter picking
4. Dusting
5. Removing bulk waste
6. Sweeping car parks and service roads
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety, fire safety and building safety regulations.
A full clean UK Manual driving licence is essential.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
