Registered Nursing Home Manager - Brand New Home!!
North Allerton
£55,000 - £65,000 per year + Up to £15k bonus
Due to open in September 2025!
The Healthcare Hub is seeking a motivated and energetic Home Manager to oversee the opening of a new 75-bed healthcare home in Northallerton. The Home Manager will work closely with the Operations Director to commission the home and will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff supervision, and ensuring high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
1. Commission the nursing home (already registered with the CQC).
2. Manage overall operations, including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
3. Conduct staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinary actions.
4. Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
5. Build strong relationships with regional and operations directors.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and CQC regulations.
7. Have at least 2 years’ experience managing within a nursing home setting.
8. Experience working with elderly and dementia patients.
9. Possess clinical skills.
10. Manage teams, improve services, and enhance quality and performance.
