As a Wholesale Sales Specialist, you will drive customer sales by providing exceptional support, leveraging data insights, and optimizing processes. This role is key to building customer loyalty and achieving sales and profitability targets for Morrisons.
This position follows a 5 day working week, 3 days office based.
Hilmore House, our head office, offers convenient amenities, including a subsidised on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, a prayer room, free parking, and frequent company wide events and promotions.
Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office.
As the Wholesale Account Specialist, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our wholesale partners, ensuring sales growth, and that their needs are met. You will handle queries across phone, chat, and email with care and efficiency. You’ll also:
* Develop and achieve sales and profitability targets. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide day-to-day support by answering queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent service across all contact channels.
* Use insights from data to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.
* Take ownership of escalated issues and find effective resolutions.
* Drive positive change by simplifying processes, improving technology, and making things quicker and easier for our wholesale customers.
This role is at the heart of supporting our wholesale customers, helping them run their businesses with confidence and driving loyalty to Morrisons. You’ll put customers first every time, and work collaboratively to build trust and deliver results.
