The team offers award-winning technical Defined Benefit Administration Services and fosters a friendly, supportive office culture.

As part of their expansion, they seek a Senior Pensions Administrator with responsibilities including:
1. Providing technical pension administration services, calculating and processing scheme benefits.
2. Training and mentoring junior staff.
3. Checking and authorizing colleagues’ work.
4. Applying benefit structures, trust deeds, rules, and legislation.
5. Supporting the Administration Manager to meet deadlines.
6. Handling queries from HMRC and DWP, and liaising with clients and third parties.
7. Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
8. Responding to technical member queries via phone, email, and letter.
