Job Title: National Software Sales Manager
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Job Type: Full-time (35 hours/week)
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for software and a talent for building lasting client relationships? We’re hiring a National Software Sales Manager to lead the growth of a new financial software product across the UK.
What You’ll Do:
* Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing and onboarding
* Drive new business and expand key accounts in the banking and financial sectors
* Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to deliver a seamless sales strategy
* Present software solutions to executive and C-level stakeholders
* Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience in SaaS or financial software sales
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and business planning skills
* Experience with data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, LSE) is a plus
* Home-based with flexible working
* Company vehicle and fuel card (optional)
