As an EHS Coordinator, you'll contribute to JM's mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future. The role: As an EHS Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by: Conduct departmental EHS audits (including area audits, permit-to-work audits, and Safety Observation Conversations (SOCs). Monitor and support compliance with site EHS procedures and standards. Support the rollout and promotion of behavioural safety initiatives and campaigns (e.g. My Team My Responsibility and Take 5) Assist departments with developing and implementing improvements identified through ergonomic, general and fire risk assessments, audits, and team feedback. Support departments and the EHS team in completing and reviewing general and specific risk assessments (e.g. COSHH, ergonomics, fire). Contribute to 5 Why investigations, helping identify root causes and corrective actions.
