What you will be doing:
With experience from the NHS or private care, you will oversee and provide high-quality care to people with ABI, neurological conditions, ASC, and Deaf Mental Health issues, supporting your team and promoting teamwork. As a Charge Nurse, you’ll lead and coordinate nursing care and clinical services, ensuring the smooth operation of your unit. Your responsibilities include:
* Delegating nursing tasks and coordinating with other teams
* Monitoring service users’ conditions and responding to changes
* Supervising team members and providing guidance
* Making decisions on service user assignments, staffing, and resources
* Acting as a liaison between nursing staff and healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication
