Junior Sales Representative

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Representative to support our growing B2B sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the fast-paced world of eCommerce and fintech. You’ll work closely with senior team members to identify, engage, and support new business opportunities—particularly with B2B eCommerce companies using platforms like Shopify.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients, especially in the eCommerce and wholesale sectors.
* Learn to generate and qualify leads through tools like LinkedIn, web research, and inbound channels.
* Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
* Help manage and update the CRM with client interactions, meeting notes, and pipeline progress.
* Participate in and eventually introductory calls with potential clients.
* Stay current on company products and market trends to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
* Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with sales efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
* Some previous experience in sales, or client-facing roles (internships and part-time work welcome).
* An interest in B2B eCommerce, technology, or fintech (experience with platforms like Shopify is a bonus).
* Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
* Comfortable working towards goals and KPIs.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
* Highly organised with good time management skills.
* Eagerness to build a career in sales and contribute to a growing company.
